Pleasure Island Rentals abides by the following policy guidelines to protect the best interest of all stakeholders, including our valuable customers. We want to ensure that our products and services are to the highest standard for each and every renter. Our policies help us to make that possible. • Must be 18 years of age to rent, no exceptions.
• All waivers must be filled out. If reservation done via internet or phone, waiver must be signed upon delivery.
• No refunds for early returns or due to weather.
• If you break it you buy it.
• All equipment should be returned in the shape delivered, this includes free of sand and river mud.
• Any payment via internet or phone is a binding contract (see waiver page).
• 25% cancellation fee within 48 hours of delivery.
