Q: How old must I be to rent?
A: 18 years old to sign liability wavier.

Q: Should I make a reservation?
A: We always suggest reservations even though we have the island's largest inventory of surfboards, kayaks, bikes, etc.

Q: Where are we located?
A: We are in the heart of the Carolina Beach Business District, on the main road, Lake Park Blvd., and one block from the beach and Boardwalk.

Q: If it rains can we get a refund?
A: Sorry, but due to summer showers, we do not offer any type of refund due to weather.

Q: If we return our equipment early can we get a refund?
A: Sorry, but we do not give refunds on early returns but a possible credit may be offered under certain circumstances.

Q: Can we take the kayaks in the ocean or the marsh land?
A: Yes, we are proud to rent "Ocean Kayak" sit on tops, the industry leader for kayaks in the ocean and salt marsh.

Q: Are there bike paths on Pleasure Island?
A: There are, not many, but a few we can show you. There are bike lanes from Carolina Beach to Kure Beach to Fort Fisher Blvd.

Q: Can we deliver you equipment to your condo, apartment, or home?
A: Absolutely, if the order exceeds $75 we will deliver for FREE. If less than that we charge $15, and the fee includes pick-up.
